Where We Move, and How

Three route classes, one dispatch desk. Every lane is planned around permit windows, escort requirements, and receiver appointment slots — not around the nearest available truck.

  • Oversize & Permitted Overweight, over-dimensional, and superload moves with state-by-state permits and escorts.
  • Interstate & Regional Standard 48-state van, flatbed, and step deck capacity with committed transit windows.
  • Port & Cross-Dock Container drayage and cross-dock transfers with same-day documentation turnaround.

Process

Three Steps, Zero Handoff Gaps

The same coordinator owns your load from the first permit filing to the final signed delivery receipt.

  1. Consultation & Permitting

We scope dimensions, weight, and route, then file state permits and lock escort requirements before a truck is ever assigned.

  2. Fleet Assignment & Dispatch

The right trailer and a vetted driver are matched to the load, with live check calls and a named dispatcher on your account.

  3. Delivery & Documentation

Signed POD, permit copies, and temperature or escort logs arrive in one packet within 24 hours of delivery.

Case Study

One Load, Twelve Days, No Surprises

Ohio → Texas · Project Cargo

From Ohio to Texas: 120,000 lb Generator, 0 Surprises

A power equipment manufacturer needed a non-divisible generator moved from a fabrication yard outside Columbus to a substation site near Abilene. Four states, three permit classes, and a two-day escort window. We filed everything in advance and ran the load on a published hour-by-hour plan the customer could forward to their own project team.

What Logistics Directors Say

Results

Situation → What We Did → What Changed

Situation

A construction supplier was paying detention on three out of four inbound steel deliveries.

What We Did

Switched to appointment-first scheduling with a two-hour receiving window buffer.

What Changed

Detention charges dropped to near zero across the first full quarter.

Situation

A retailer's DC was absorbing emergency LTL costs to cover weekend store shortfalls.

What We Did

Built a dedicated Thursday lane pairing two DCs with a fixed multi-stop route.

What Changed

Expedited spend fell sharply and store fill rates stabilized.

Situation

A food producer needed audit-ready temperature records for every inbound load.

What We Did

Standardized validated reefer units with automatic logging and digital packets.

What Changed

Documentation retrieval went from days of email chasing to same-day delivery.

Results reflect specific engagements and are provided for illustration. Individual outcomes vary with lane, volume, seasonality, and receiving practices.

The People Behind the Plan

Marcus Delgado

VP Operations

  • 19 years in heavy haul and permitted transport
  • Former multi-state permit coordinator, OS/OW corridors

"The permit is not the hard part. Sequencing the permit, the escort, and the crane window is."

Director of Safety & Compliance

  • C-TPAT certified supply chain auditor
  • ISO 9001 lead implementer for fleet operations

"Compliance only works when the paperwork is boring and the drivers already know the drill."

FAQ

Questions We Get Every Week

We collect dimensions and weight, run a route survey, and file with each state DOT through our permit agent network. You receive the approved permit set and the escort plan before dispatch. If a jurisdiction requires bridge analysis or a superload review, we flag it during quoting rather than mid-transit.

We operate under a Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating with a documented pre-trip, maintenance, and hours-of-service program. Driver records are reviewed on a rolling basis, and every unit carries $2M auto liability plus $250K cargo coverage. Certificates are available on request before you tender a load.

Standard van and flatbed loads can often be covered within 24 to 48 hours depending on lane. Permitted oversize moves take longer because of filing windows, and we'll tell you the realistic earliest date up front instead of promising a truck we can't legally dispatch.

Yes. Our reefer fleet runs from −10°F to 70°F with continuous temperature logging, and we provide the download with the delivery packet. For pharma and food-grade shipments we follow your required setpoint and pre-cool protocol rather than defaulting to a generic setting.

Quotes are flat rate per lane with accessorials itemized separately: permits, pilot cars, police escorts, detention, and layover. There are no bundled mystery lines. If a route change forces a re-permit, we confirm the added cost with you before filing.

We can accept tenders through most major transportation platforms or exchange EDI 204 and 214 messages if that matches your workflow. For smaller programs we run cleanly on email and a shared status sheet. Either way, one dispatcher owns your account.
